With the first month of the year over, it has not surprised us that buyers have come into the market with strong interest. The end of January has been a great start to the Real Estate Industry, with many properties coming onto the market there is definitely a continuous high demand of them. Our office had six properties coming into the third week of January, and over 30 groups attended each open house with some even ranging up to 50 groups. This is significant for agents and vendors to have an idea of the way the campaign will go and so far it gives us an overwhelming amount of optimism. We see no reason for market conditions to change. More properties coming onto the market may lead to more stables prices, but we continue to forecast the underlying high demand for properties to remain.
