Yannie Lam

A multi-lingual dynamo with a big heart, Yannie Lam is an assistant property manager who likes nothing better than making people feel at home. Whether that’s feeling at home with their choice of agency or property.

She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English fluently – and can translate real estate lingo into plain terms without breaking a sweat. This allows her to communicate effectively with large portions of the community in the Ryde and Macquarie Park areas.

Yannie strives to put a smile on the face of all the clients and tenants she deals with. Making people happy by telling them that their investment property has been successfully leased or that their application to rent a property has been approved, truly makes her day.

With youthful exuberance and enthusiasm that is refreshing, Yannie takes on challenges with a can-do attitude that is infectious. She is always on hand to assist property managers, as she eagerly learns all about delivering property management services the right way. We think she’ll reach her ambition of being a fully-fledged property manager in no time.

Originally from Melbourne, Yannie has made it her mission to learn about the local area. She is able to look at it with fresh eyes and demonstrates a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle on offer in the area. With great affection for Macquarie Park, Yannie is drawn to the shopping centre, ice skating rink, cinema, and city conveniences.

When she’s not acting as the pride of the Ray White office, Yannie enjoys some down time playing with her gorgeous cat.
